Strawberries
Blueberries
Bi-Color Sweet Corn
You may already know we offer strawberries! 5 acres of huge, sweet berries. At least 7 varieties. We help you pick the best berry for making jam, pies or just eating fresh from the field. But, did you know we also offer Wisconsin blueberries? We work with a blueberry farm in Northeastern Wisconsin to provide you with plump, juicy blueberries. We'd grow them here, but our soil won't let us do that for you. So, we found another farm that uses sustainable practices to raise their berries. Just like us! Plus, we offer bi-color sweet corn. Great for steaming, grilling and freezing for later.
Strawberries are offered in late June/early July, blueberries in late July/early August and bi-color sweet corn all through August.

Watercress
Puffball Mushrooms
Hickory Nuts
We forage on our farm for unique produce. It's amazing what we find!
Wild watercress grows along the creek. It's a small leafed plant with a big peppery flavor. Leaves are usually picked in months with an R (i.e. April, September), but sometimes the weather allows us to pick in May. Watercress is great in salads, pesto and even on a BLT instead of lettuce.
Puffball mushrooms are found in the shade of the woods. They prefer weather that is slightly damp and not too hot. It's a dense mushroom that cuts like a loaf of bread when ready to eat. We think it's great for mushroom soup and others have mentioned slicing it for frying.
Hickory nuts drop from our Shagbark Hickory trees in September. When the outside husk dries and cracks open, we start collecting them. Their shells are cracked to reveal the meat inside. They have a buttery, mild flavor that makes them great for fresh eating or adding to cookies.
Wild Plums
Wild Grapes
Wild Apples
Wild plums, grapes and apples are ripe in late August. They offer great flavors for jams and preserves. Availability is based on the year's production...and how much we want to leave for the wildlife. The wild turkeys here just love the plums and our cows have been known to nibble on the apples in the pasture.
Butternut Squash
Acorn Squash
Pie Pumpkins
Each Autumn, during our Corn Maze Season, we offer squash and pumpkins. Butternut squash is great for soups; we cook acorn squash in the oven with lots of butter, oranges and nutmeg; and pie pumpkins are just the right size for...pie! We also grow spaghetti squash, gourds and pumpkins of all sizes and colors (orange, white, blue, warty, super-huge, medium, jack-o-lantern). You might be looking for fall decorations. Corn stalk bunches and straw bales can be found here. Want to try straw-bale-gardening? Get your bales in the Fall so they can dry through the winter. Oat straw is great for gardening and since we grow oats...we have oat straw bales!
Special Order Items:

Roasting Chickens - Our farm raised chickens run around, chase bugs, nibble at grass and nap in the shade. This makes them tender and juicy when you cook them. Usually 5-7lbs, we offer whole chickens for $2.75 per pound. Call ahead to place your order 920-418-2676. We'll call you when your birds are in the freezer and ready to pick up.

Pigs - We raise pigs here so we know how our pork is treated while it's alive. They have shade, company (there are chickens or goats in the pen next to them) and we even talk to them. As we like to say, "happy pigs make happy pork". We offer whole pigs and 1/2 pigs at $1.25 per pound (hang weight) plus the cost of processing. Call in Spring to place your orders so we can raise your pig(s) this year 920-418-2676. We'll call you when they're ready to process so you can get the cuts of meat you want.

Beef - Coming in 2016 we will be offering pasture raised beef. Angus and polled-hereford breeds graze on 100+ year old pastures that haven't been touched by chemicals or plows. Half a cow, assorted boxes and ground beef will be available.

Hay Bales - We have small bales and round bales of alfalfa and mixed hay for sale. The mixed hay contains alfalfa, brome grass, timothy and orchard grass.  1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th crop are available. Pick up here at the farm. Call for prices and availability.

Straw Bales - We have small square bales of oat straw that are great for straw bale gardening! Pick them up in the fall so they can dry and season over-winter. Bales are 16"x18"x30".
