We work exclusively with Quality Cut Meats in Cascade, WI, to process our meats.
Roasting Chickens - Our farm raised chickens are tender and juicy when you cook them. 6-8lb birds.
$3.75 per pound (2020). Frozen for pick-up. Call ahead to place your order. We'll call you when your birds are in the freezer and ready to pick up.

Farm Raised Pigs - We know how our pork is treated while it's alive: good food and belly rubs! We like to say, "happy pigs make happy pork". We offer half and whole pigs at $1.75 per pound (hang weight) (2020) plus the cost of processing. You'll receive a call when they're ready to process so you can get the cuts of meat you want. $100 deposit required per half pig ordered.

Grass-Fed Beef - 100% Grass-fed...not just the last 3 months of their lives...their entire lives. Angus and polled-hereford. Our calves enjoy their mothers' milk while running in the pastures for the summer. Whole, half, and mixed-quarter beef offered at $3.00 per pound (hang weight) (2020), plus the cost of processing (+/-$0.50 per pound). A $200 deposit is required (per quarter) at the time you order. You'll receive a call from us when your beef is at the butcher. The remainder of your balance is due and payable at that time. You then call the butcher to discuss the cuts of meat you want.
