Learn while having fun! We offer Fieldtrips for school classes, home school groups, daycare centers, summer youth programs, and adult care facilities. Learn about making maple syrup, beekeeping, growing strawberries, whole grain flours, and more while visiting a real working farm. We enjoy helping people regain their relationship with the land by re-introducing them to the world of agriculture.
Fieldtrip Options: Farmer Presentations - Making maple syrup, beekeeping, growing grains (in the field), land conservation, strawberry growing (in the field). Hayrides - A 45 minute hayride through our pastures, fields, and woods. Stops along the way educate you about our farming methods and what we grow. Activity Area - Great for kids of all ages. (tube slide, corn box, duck races, straw fort, mini-logic lawn mazes) *Call to schedule, select activities, and determine pricing. Additional Info: - We can accommodate up to 100: 20 school children minimum or 8 adult care facility members is required for group pricing. You must be part of a school/group home/organization. - Your trip may last 2-4 hours. - Our facilities are handicap accessible. Hay wagons are accessed from a deck at the building. - Please dress appropriately! Some activities are outside on uneven ground. Wear sturdy shoes and bring a jacket on cooler days. - A $50 deposit is required when you book your fieldtrip. This is a non-refundable deposit to save your time slot. - Full payment for your trip is due on or before the day of your trip.
